Public Health Department Vaccination Clinics
Santa Barbara County is participating in the Health Center COVID-19 Vaccine Program, a partnership between the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), which has begun increasing COVID-19 vaccine supplies at select HRSA-funded health centers, including the Santa Barbara County Health Care Centers.
These clinics are for Santa Barbara County residents or persons who work in Santa Barbara County. If you enroll and are not a resident or a worker in Santa Barbara County you will be turned away.

Consent for Minors:
Minors (age 16 and 17) who meet the eligibility criteria can receive the Pfizer vaccine. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can provide consent for vaccination.

Those registered for an appointment should bring:
Documentation with your name on it
The name on your documentation should match the name on your appointment confirmation. Examples of acceptable documentation with your name include a driver’s license, business card, work ID, library card, letter from your employer or school, bank/ATM cards, Costco card, electrical bill, matricula consular, paystub, passport, money transfer receipt, etc. Please note, the documentation does not need to be a government-issued ID to receive a vaccine.
Proof of Santa Barbara County residency
Any of the documents mentioned above or a document with your name and address on it.
If you are not currently eligible for a vaccine, please do not make an appointment. YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY AT THE VACCINE SITE. This takes away an appointment from someone who is eligible and slows down the process for everyone.

There is a limited amount of vaccines available at this time. As more vaccines become available, we will once again offer appointments. If you try to sign up online for a vaccination appointment and are told that appointments are full, you will need to check back for an appointment and register your request again online as information is not saved.
If you have contacted your medical provider for a vaccination and have tried to sign up online for a vaccination appointment, you may have been told there is no vaccine available at this time.
